Allowed Scopes: experimental:user:manage

Set the default cost center of a user of the company the token resolves to, or clear it with null. The cost centers feature must be enabled, and the cost center must be an active cost center of that company. Setting the same cost center again changes nothing, and when several updates of the user's cost center happen at the same time, the last one wins. Users who are admin, account owner or travel manager in the company cannot be updated, and companies whose users are managed by an HRIS integration are refused.
