Allowed Scopes: experimental:analytical-field-v2:write

Partially updates a value of an analytical field. Returns 404 if the field or the value does not exist. Returns 409 if a value with the same name already exists on the field.

Do not use on a yes/no field (type boolean): its values are fixed to 1 (yes) and 0 (no), and exports print Yes only for the value labelled 1, so renaming it exports every yes as No. The call is not refused yet.
