Returns a single analytical field value by ID. Returns 404 if the field does not exist, or if the value does not exist or does not belong to the given field. Value data is cached for up to 24 hours. Changes made through the API are returned by subsequent reads; changes made in Spendesk can take up to 24 hours to appear. Archived values are included.
