Use tools/list to discover available tools and their input schemas. Read-only tools expose an optional arguments.liveRead boolean; set it to true to bypass the Public API response cache for that call and retrieve the latest data available from the underlying service. Live reads use stricter rate limits and default to false. Write tools do not expose liveRead.
