Update Payables bookkeeping status

Allowed Scopes: experimental:accounting:update

Update the accounting status for multiple Payables.

The user associated with the token must have the Controller role in the company. Otherwise, the request fails with a 403 and the CONTROLLER_ROLE_REQUIRED error code.
