Returns declined card transactions for the authenticated company, covering the last 30 days when startDate is omitted — pass startDate to reach further back; there is no hard window. Not paginated: the full matching result set is returned in one call. For settled transactions, use GET /v1/transactions/successful instead; for a complete view across both statuses in a period, call both endpoints and merge the results. merchantName here is the raw card-network transaction descriptor — it is not directly comparable to merchantName on successful transactions, which is derived from the linked supplier instead. createdAt reflects when the declined transaction was recorded — unlike on successful transactions, where createdAt reflects the settlement date rather than authorization time. CURRENCY WARNING: amountBilled/amountDeclared are each recorded in the transaction's own spending currency (currencyBilled/currencyDeclared respectively), not the company's functional currency — avoid summing amounts across records with different currencies.
