Request the latest data with Cache-Control: no-cache
about 15 hours ago by ReadMe API
Some read endpoints cache their results for a few minutes up to 24 hours, so a change made in the Spendesk app may not show up right away. You can now bypass the Public API cache on any read by sending the header Cache-Control: no-cache (exact value). The fresh response also refreshes the cache for your next normal requests.
Live reads have their own, stricter rate limit — one hundredth of the normal limit, so 10 per minute with the standard 1,000 — and return 429 with Retry-After when exceeded. Use them when you need a value right after a change; keep normal requests for regular syncs. Details, limits and what the header does not bypass: Caching.
