Managing suppliers and cost centers

You can now keep suppliers and cost centers in sync from your own systems:

• Cost centers – create, update and delete cost centers with the cost-center:manage scope;
• Suppliers (experimental) – create suppliers, update them and change their status with the experimental:supplier:manage scope.

Suppliers and users can also be retrieved one at a time, by ID, with the existing supplier:read and user:read scopes.

The iban and bic fields of a supplier are no longer always present in responses: treat them as optional.
