Analytical fields and expense categories v2 (experimental)

A new version of the analytical field and expense category endpoints lets you read and manage them: list analytical fields, create, update and delete fields and their values, and do the same for expense category fields and their categories.

They require the experimental:analytical-field-v2:read / :write and experimental:expense-category-v2:read / :write scopes. The existing v1 read endpoints remain available.
